About the Company

We are a growing Medical Transcription Service Provider operating from Phoenix, Arizona serving healthcare providers throughout the United States, since 2001.

We currently have clients in Arizona, California, Indiana, and Maryland serving over 60 healthcare providers.  Our clients include physicians and surgeons in fields such as cardiology, oncology, chiropractic, nephrology, family practice, and many others as well.

Resources & Capacity:   

With our existing capacity we handle 25,000 to 30,000 lines per day, and have the capability to deliver up to 60,000 lines per day.

Transcriptionist Training:   

All our Medical Transcriptionists receive six months of extensive training and have more than 12 months of transcription experience in handling the “basic four”: H&Ps, consultation, operational reports and discharge summaries.

Confidentiality :

Procedures and protocols have been implemented throughout the processing phase to assure that all the information is tracked and accounted for. The most stringent standards of data and document security are maintained. The facility is designed to comply with the special requirements of clients who require the highest level of security.
